The purpose of the NBM Highway Association is to advance the theory and practice of the design, construction, maintenance, administration and operation of the street and highway systems included within the boundaries of the Association; disseminate information, promote improved practices in highway administration; encourage highway officials to adhere to high professional standards, professional improvement of our members, and pursue the passage of legislation that benefits the profession and members of the Association.
In order to achieve the above goals, the Association provides scholarships to those pursuing Public Works studies and other interests.
