Join us for a fun day of golf. Please register using the form below and be sure to select a meal choice for each golfer. In addition to sponsorships we welcome raffle prizes as well as logo items, snacks, etc. to be placed in the golf carts. Please note that a Hole Sponsor is no longer included with a foursome. Please be sure to register for a hole sponsor if you would like to show your support for this important scholarship event. Please note the pricing structure has changed for this year. All foursomes remain $700. Foursome sponsors can choose to pay the entire foursome (4 golfers) or choose to pay for 1, 2, or 3 golfers if members of their foursome will be paying separately. The base cost of the foursome is $400 and includes one golfer. Additional golfers are $100 each. Regardless of how many golfers are registered, all foursomes require a total payment of $700. If there is a balance remaining following the event, the foursome sponsor will be invoiced for the balance. If there is an overpayment resulting from individual golfers paying their own way, those funds will be donated to the scholarship fund unless a request for refund is received from the foursome sponsor. Please note a W-9 form will be required for all refunds to ensure proper payment. Sponsors wishing to register for multiple foursomes should do so in separate transactions.
Individuals registering as part of a foursome should register under ticket #2 and should be sure to select a meal choice for each ticket being paid for. Foursome participants should indicate the foursome name (company) or team captain on the registration form. Individuals registering as part of a foursome will receive their own invoice for $100 per golfer.
Individual golfers not associated with a foursome will remain $175 and will be paired with other individual golfers. Individual golfers should register under ticket #3.
