Join us for a fun day of golf.  Former New England Patriot Max Lane will be on hand to hit balls and take pictures with your group on the course.  Please register using the form below and be sure to select a meal choice for each golfer.  In addition to sponsorships we welcome raffle prizes and logo items, snacks, etc. to be placed in the golf carts.  Please note that a Hole Sponsor is no longer included with a foursome.  Please be sure to register for a hole sponsor if you would like to show your support for this important scholarship event.  If you have any questions, or need help registering, please email [email protected].
